1. No Refund Policy:
All payments made towards Starbuzz.ai SaaS subscriptions are non-refundable. Once a subscription payment has been successfully processed:
- No refunds will be issued, either full or partial.
- This applies to all subscription plans, billing cycles, and promotional offers.
- Refunds will not be provided for unused time, unused features, or early cancellation.
2. No Subscription Replacement or Transfer:
- Subscriptions cannot be exchanged, replaced, or transferred to another user, account, or plan after purchase.
- Plan changes, if allowed, will only take effect in the next billing cycle, as per the available upgrade or downgrade options.
3. Cancellation Policy:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
- After cancellation:
• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
• No further charges will be made after the billing cycle ends.
• No refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period.
4. Failed or Disputed Payments:
If a payment is disputed or reversed, Starbuzz.ai reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate the associated account.
- Restrict access to the platform until the issue is resolved.
5. Exceptional Circumstances:
Refunds will only be considered in cases of:
- Duplicate payments caused by technical errors, or
- Billing errors confirmed by Starbuzz.ai
Such requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date and are subject to review and approval.
